GAINESVILLE -- The North Hall boys and Johnson girls hunted down the Hall County Cross Country Championship title in packs on Wednesday.<br />

The Trojans claimed four of the top 10 individual spots, including places 2, 3 and 4, while the Lady Knights finished third, fifth, eighth and ninth en route to a team gold medal at Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville.<br />
<br />
Johnson's Junior Suarez helped make it a banner day for Johnson, as the Knights standout claimed the boys individual gold with a 16-minute, 16-second finish to beat out North Hall's Quintin Miles (16:26). Johnson's boys took second as a team but could not unseat North Hall, which saw Bryce Schuebert take third (16:32) and Corson Teasley finish fourth (16:36).<br />
<br />
Meanwhile, Chestatee freshman Lindsey Grater continued a stunning first varsity campaign crossing the finish line in 19:42 to nab individual glory for the Lady War Eagles, who took second as a team.<br />
<br />
Johnson was led by Evelin Avitia (21:08), who finished third.<br />
