SOCIAL CIRCLE -- Charlie Woerner scored four first half touchdowns and Rabun County won its third straight game after taking a 49-21 win over Social Circle Friday night in Region 8-AA play.<br />

The Wildcats (4-2, 2-1 Region 8-AA) stayed in a three-way tie for the region lead with victory.<br />

It was big-play night for Woerner, who scored on runs of 77- and 35-yards to go with TD receptions of 64- and 83-yards while the Wildcats built a 42-0 halftime lead. Tucker Williams added a 100-yard TD reception and Collin Grant had a 24-yard touchdown run to go with two TD passes in the first half.<br />

Woerner had 151 yards rushing and 147 yards receiving. Bailey Fisher had 171 yards passing and two touchdowns for Rabun County.<br />

It was the 31st consecutive loss for the Redskins (0-5, 0-2).
