FLOWERY BRANCH - American Legion Post 328 in Flowery Branch will conduct the initial round of the American Legion High School Oratorical Scholarship competition Saturday at 1:00 at the Hall County Government Center. <br />

The winner will advance to the District Level, and can potentially go all the way to the National Finals, where the champion's total prize will top $20,000 in college scholarships. <br />
