I regularly read a business magazine out of London, the Economist by name, for its world view of business. But every now and then I think their view of America is better than ours. A recent edition reported on the rise in Europe of groups like our Tea Party folks and in so doing described our current politics. <br />

For instance, they say our current Tea Parties have "turned American politics upside down." They say America's Tea Party movement shares three convictions. 1. The "ruling elite has lost touch with the founding ideals of America." 2. The "federal government is a bloated, self-serving Leviathon". And 3. Uncontrolled "immigration is a threat to social order." <br />
