ATLANTA - The Georgia School Superintendents Association has named Dr. L.C. (Buster) Evans, superintendent of Forsyth County Schools, one of four finalists for 2014 Georgia Superintendent of the Year. The others include another superintendent from northeast Georgia - Rabun County's Matt Arthur.
The winner will be announced in December, and will represent Georgia in the American Association of School Administrators' Superintendent of the Year program.
Rounding out the four finalists are Michele Taylor, Calhoun City Schools, and Phillip Lanoue, Clarke County Schools.
