GAINESVILLE - Last minute details are being finalized in preparation for the Hall County Sheriff's Office Summer Sprint 5k, set for <br />
June 8 at 7:00 a.m.<br />

It will begin in the parking lot of the Allen Creek Road Soccer Complex. <br />
<br />
All participants should be there by 6:30 in order to get their "chipped" running apparel from Classic Race Services. This will allow text messages from all timing points, live updates from the race to be posted to your web site, athlete<br />
tracking with moving maps on cell phones, real-time reports at any time during the race and live updates to be posted on your Facebook and Twitter profiles. <br />
<br />
Even if you plan on walking in the 5k, you still want you to arrive early for the warm up exercises. They will be conducted by Colleen Manji, of Jazzercise in Gainesville. Plus, a booth will be on site for health screenings; and, <br />
there will be health products available to sample. <br />

At the end of the 5k, Sheriff Gerald Couch will be presenting medals to <br />
