Baseball: Gainesville, Flowery Branch dominate postseason honors for 8-AAAAA

Gainesville's Jeremy Kemp was named Coach of the Year and Michael Gettys was named Pitcher of the Year, as Region 8-AAAAA's baseball coaches recently presented their postseason honors.

Seven Red Elephants made the first team, while two Flowery Branch players made the first team. Four more Falcons were named to the second team, including Brad Keller being named second team pitcher of the year and Scott Myers being named second team coach of the year.
