Pedestrian bridge temporarily closing

GAINESVILLE - The Gainesville pedestrian bridge will be closed Tuesday, May 28, through Friday, May 31, for sidewalk repairs on the City Hall side.

Construction Project Manager, Barclay Fouts, said the sidewalk is cracked where
dirt settled following the construction.

The cost of the repair is being paid by the contractor, Rogers Bridge Company, according to city officials.
