GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Farmers Market, located at Jesse Jewell Parkway and I-985, will open for the season on Tuesday.
It will be open Tuesdays from 6:00 a.m. until "sellout," which usually occurs about 10:00 early in the season and around noon during the summer. Saturday hours are 7:00-12:00 (unless "sellout" occurs before noon). The market is open rain or shine.
The Spout Springs Farmer's Market opened last Thursday and will be open Thursdays through the summer from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at the Spout Springs Library.
Meanwhile, Friday, May 31, is the opening date for the Historic Downtown Gainesville Market.
