DANIELSVILLE -- Brittany Martin and Chandler Steele each recorded hat tricks to lead the Johnson girls soccer team to a 7-0 victory over Madison County Tuesday in Region 8-AAAA action.
Steele also added two assists for Johnson. Stephanie Barron had a goal and one assist for the Lady Knights (7-7-2, 5-2 Region 8-AAAA).
Johnson scored three times in the first 12 minutes to blow the game open quickly. They put the game out of reach with two goals in the first six minutes to start the second half.
Hannah Hodge got the shutout in goal for Johnson.
