GAINESVILLE - Three Lawrenceville men are in jail after they were arrested in an undercover operation on the south end of Hall County last week.
Lt. Scott Ware with the Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad said the three were arrested Thursday.
"We arrested all three men without incident as they delivered approximately eight ounces of crystal methamphetamine to a location off of Lake Lanier Islands Parkway, or the old Friendship Road," said Ware.
Ware said the crystal meth had an estimated street value of $22,400. He said agents also seized small quantities of cocaine and marijuana and $3,000 in cash during the sting.
Ware identified the suspects as Juan J. Arreguin, 23, Pete A. Lopez, 21 and Richard Sandoval, 22. All had Lawrenceville addresses.
Arrreguin and Sandoval were charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana. Lopez was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, and possession of marijuana.
Ware said as of Tuesday morning, all three remained jailed in Hall County.
