GAINESVILLE -- Evan Bafile and Malik Anderson combined for seven 3-pointers to lead Lumpkin County to a 54-42 win over Chestatee Tuesday night on the road.
Bafile scored 16 points, including four 3-pointers, in the second half as the Indians led from virtually start-to-finish. Anderson added 13 points, including three 3-pointers.
Lumpkin County led 8-7 after the first quarter but extended the lead to 25-19 by halftime. Chestatee cut the lead to 39-35 to the third quarter but the Indians put the game away with a 15-7 fourth quarter run.
Austin Holman had a big game for the Indians with 14 points and 13 rebounds.
Joey Schumen led Chestatee with 15 points.
