Former director of Hall Co. 911 services dies

GAINESVILLE - A former director of 911 emergency services in Hall County has died.

Bob Anderson, 54, Dahlonega, was also a retired Hall County Fire Department captain, who founded the department's Honor Guard. At the time of his death he was employed by Mobile Communications as a Project Manager and Wireless Network Engineer.

The funeral will be Monday at noon at Little-Davenport Funeral Home in Gainesville.
