ATLANTA - Gov. Nathan Deal says Yachiyo of America Inc. will open a manufacturing plant in Carrollton.
The new 130,000-square-foot facility will bring more than 200 jobs within three years and represents a $30 million investment. Yachiyo manufactures plastic fuel tanks and sunroofs for the automotive industry.
Yachiyo Industry, Inc., is based in Saitama, Japan. It was established in 1953 and now employs 6,800 people worldwide, and currently has five manufacturing operations in North America.
