Tymchuk, Markwalter among Ga. Trend's '40 Under 40'; issue spotlights Gainesville-Hall Co.

ATLANTA - The head of public relations and marking for the Northeast Georgia Health System, Melissa Tymchuk, and the Tourism Director for the Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Chamber of Commerce, Jay Markwalter, are on this year's Georgia Trend magazine "Forty Under Forty" list.

In addition, Tymchuck is one of four of the group featured on the magazine's cover.

This is the 17th year that Georgia Trend has spotlighted "a group of 40 outstanding Georgians under the age of 40." The honorees, according to the magazine's website, represent business, government, politics, nonprofits, science, conservation and education.

They were chosen from nominations made by readers throughout the state. Final selections were made by the Georgia Trend editorial staff. (See first link below for more on each honoree and the complete "Forty Under Forty" list.)
