HOSCHTON -- Mill Creek found a good tonic for its two-game skid on Friday, pounding Meadowcreek 47-0 in Hoschton.
The Hawks (4-2, 2-2 Region 7-AAAAAA) rolled up 558 yards and held the Mustangs to just 86.
Mill Creek was led by nine carries for 127 yards and a touchdown from DeVozea Felton. Carter Governale also rushed five times for 63 yards and two scores. Johnathan Hawkins chipped in with nine carries for 79 yards and a touchdown.
Quarterback Daniel David completed 9 of 11 passes for 142 yards and a score -- a 33-yard strike to Eric Ritland.
Mill Creek travels to face No. 1 North Gwinnett next Friday.
