Does it ever occur to Washington the heavy burden they place on every small business in America by making them the unpaid tax collectors for the Internal Revenue Service? If any small business person wants a headache, or to spend untold hours dealing with the government, then just make one small error taking taxes from an employee's pay check; or worse, be one hour late getting it deposited. <br />
