Little Hall Park to close for paving next week

GAINESVILLE - Boaters who use the boat ramp at Little Hall Park on Lake Lanier will need to make other arrangements Monday and TuesdaY, January 28 and 29.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says paving work will be done at the park those two days, so the park will be closed.

The Corps suggests using the ramps at nearby Keith's Bridge or Sardis Creek in the interim.

Little Hall Park is one of 41 parks operated bu the Corps on Lake Lanier. The park attracts more than 85,000 visitors per year and is a popular boat launching point off Highway 53.
