CUMMING - Officials with Forsyth County admit that they are baffled by a case in which dozens of black trash bags, some filled with human waste, are being tossed in a neighborhood near Cumming.
Residents who live in the Charleston Park Road area called investigative reporters with Channel 2 News, saying that more than 50 bags of mysterious wate have been tossed along the roadway since last May.
One homeowner said she has installed a security camera on her home and she has captured the image of a white car she believes to be the source of the trash bags.
Forsyth County spokeswoman Jodi Gardner told Channel 2 the county realizes the bags of waste are health hazards.
"We haven't been able to come up with anything identifiable, anything conclusive, so it is an open case. We continue to investigate it," she said.
