In a joint interview with her husband on NBC's "Meet the Press," she says criticism that they lack empathy for the troubles of others is ridiculous. She says their lives have always been devoted to people who are struggling more than they are.<br />

At the Democratic convention, San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro said the Romneys didn't know how good they've had it.<br />
