OAKWOOD -- Class AAA fifth-ranked West Hall swept a pair matches Thursday at home.
The Lady Spartans (8-1) held off Pickens 25-11, 26-24 and then whipped Chestatee 25-12, 25-13 to complete the sweep.
LeNeisha Kearse led West Hall with 16 digs, 10 kills and six blocks in the two matches. Carrie Ruis had six kills and five aces and Laykin Herford had 29 assists and 6 aces.
West Hall next will play host to Jefferson and Gilmer on Monday.
