GAINESVILLE - The Labor Day weekend in Gainesville this year will include a blues festival to be held at the Fair Street Neighborhood Center.
"Been There Done That" will provide the entertainment, according to the sponsors - the Black History Society and the Gainesville Parks & Recreation Department. Last Labor Day, the pair teamed up to sponsor a jazz festival.
Admission is $10 for the three-hour festival which will get underway at 6:30 Labor Day evening.
Food will be provided by Cowboy Ricky's of Gainesville.
