Collins announces 9th District tour

GAINESVILLE - 9th District Congressional hopeful Doug Collins Thursday announced plans to travel the district on a two-day tour a week prior to the July 31 Republican primary.

"For the past ten months, my staff and I have crossed the 9th District spreading our message of consistent conservative action. We're excited to travel back to these very places to say hello to old friends, as well as introduce ourselves to people that maybe haven't been able to hear our story before.

"It's hard to believe this journey is coming to an end as we approach July 31st, but we're giving this campaign everything we have and then some these next two weeks. I am honored to have had the opportunity to interact with voters face to face, telling them about our campaign to take back our Government and return it to the people, and most importantly, listening to the issues and concerns of voters all across the 9th District."
