ATLANTA - The man who once served as Forsyth County's first drug prosecutor is now facing drug charges himself.
Authorities say Rand Csehy was caught in a sting operation Thursday in Atlanta. He is now free on bond, but faces several drug and firearms violations, including possession with intent to distribute Ecstacy and methamphetamine.
Csehy, who also once worked for the Fulton County DA's office, was instrumental in putting members of the drug cartel Black Mafia Family behind bars.
Cshey's attorney said he will fight the charges.
