GAINESVILLE - Real estate activity in Hall County has shown a "sizable boost" since the beginning of the year, according to the Hall County Board of Realtors.
The group says that for the first quarter of the year compared to the same period last year, the number of units sold has increased 28.8 percent. In addition, the volume of sales is up 18.8 percent. The board of realtors cites as it source for the information the Georgia MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
It notes that real estate activity in Hall County has shown "steady improvement" since 2008.
