Transit rate hearing location changes

GAINESVILLE - Officials say the location of Wednesday's public hearing for Hall Area Transit's 2:00 p.m. public hearing has changed. While the meeting will still be held at Gainesville State College, the location has been moved to the Continuing Education Building, Room 115, instead of the Student Activities Building.

Electronic signs on campus will direct people to the proper location.

At 5:30 p.m., a second hearing on possible rate increases and route changes takes place in the galleria of the Georgia Mountains Center in downtown Gainesville.
