The Lakeview Academy boys golf team defeated Lanier 171-195 Wednesday.
John Jacobs led the Lions firing a 39. Kevin Baldwin shot a 43, Chris Gay had a 44, and Matt Askounis a 45 for Lakeview.
In the girls match, the Lady Lions fell to Lanier in nail-biter 126-127.
Carrie Savage and Jamie Nixon had solid rounds for Lakeview.
