CUMMING -- The Chestatee boys tennis team dropped both doubles matches en route to a 3-2 loss to Forsyth Central Wednesday.
Chestatee got wins from Jeremiah Reed, who won a thrilling 7-6(7-5), 7-6(9-7) over Joe Bieler at No. 2 singles.
The War Eagles other win came from Jonathan Cook at No. 1 singles, who started out down 0-2 but then won the final 12 games over Brice Karickhoff to take a 6-2, 6-0 victory.
The Bulldogs, however, got wins at No. 3 singles and swept the doubles matches to pull out the victory.
