FLOWERY BRANCH -- West Hall lost just six games in taking a 5-0 win over Monroe Area in Region 8B-AAA boys tennis action at Bobby Bailey Tennis Center.
In singles, Max Wilson beat Henry Labolita 6-0, 6-2 at No. 1 while Connor McFall whipped Jerry Buffone 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2. Tatum Scroggs beat Chris Brooks 6-1, 6-0 at No. 3 singles.
In doubles, Brenden Worth and Min Kim took a 6-0, 6-1 win over Duane Kennedy and Alex Martin at No. 1 and Ryan Casey and Grayson Kyle whipped Duane Giles and Marquise Jewell 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2 doubles.
West Hall improved to 9-1 overall and 7-1 in subregion play with the victory.
