Soccer: Lady Elephants rout Athens Academy

GAINESVILLE -- The Gainesville girls soccer team routed Athens Academy 11-1 Wednesday night at City Park Stadium.

Hartley Carter had four goals and Elizabeth Fischer and Jazmin Penado had two goals each for the Lady Elephants (2-1).

Liza Carpenter had one goal and three assists while Laramy Head had two assists for Gainesville.
