ATLANTA - Gainesville State Senator Butch Miller said he expects a vote to come "very soon" on a bill that will reduce the number of House districts in Hall County.
Miller, speaking from the State Capitol, said that the Senate Reapportionment Committee approved the measure Wednesday, and he anticipates a vote by the full Senate will be "just a formality."
The House has already okayed the reapportionment bill.
The bill will reduce the number of House seats for Hall County from seven to four.
