DAWSONVILLE -- Dawson County finished its regular season in impressive fashion with a 56-44 win over Banks County Friday night.
The Lady Tigers (12-13, 3-7 in Region 8A-AA) led from the beginning and were paced by Carly Gilreath, who scored 22 points, including hitting 10-of-14 free throws. Ashley Parker scored had nine points, all from the free throw line, and had 10 rebounds for Dawson County.
Allie Costley had eight points, five steals and four rebounds for Dawson County.
TheLady Tigers are off until Tuesday when they open play in the Region 8-AA Tounrnament at East Hall.
