DAHLONEGA -- Jordan DeGraff hit a 3-pointer with eight seconds left to lift Chestatee to a 78-75 win over Lumpkin County Friday night.
Chestatee led 28-21 after the first quarter but Lumpkin ralled to within 47-44 by halftime. The Indians would tie the game at 63 heading into the fourth quarter.
DeGraff poured in 17 points, including five 3-pointers, to pace the War Eagles (4-20, 4-5 in Region 8A-AAA). Lucas Bennett added 14 points, seven rebounds, and four steals and 4 stls and Keelan Passmore had 14 points, seven rebounds, and eight assists to Chestatee.
Devonte Anderson led Lumpkin County with 17 points. Hunter Polk added 15 points, Jacob Haskel had 12 points, and Evan Graddis 11 points for the Indians.
