Girls basketball: North Hall falls to Forsyth Central

MT. AIRY -- The North Hall girls will be glad to return home next week and get back into their Region 7-AAA schedule.

Tournament season was a rough stretch for the Lady Trojans, who dropped three of five games after falling 55-48 to Forstyh Central Friday night in the WCON Christmas Classic at Habersham Central High School.

North Hall (7-4) has lost four of its last six games overall after beginning the season 5-0.

Katie Sayres paced the Lady Trojans (7-4) with 17 points. Blair Stewart had 12 points for North Hall.

The Lady trojans will take a week off before playing host to White County next Friday in a key Region 7-AAA battle.
