OAKWOOD - A Gainesville real estate agent told the Oakwood City Council Monday night Milton Martin Toyota plans to locate a dealership in Oakwood near Exit 17 on I-985.
Oakwood City Manager Stan Brown confirmed Tuesday that the city council voted to rezone the 20.6-acre tract between the Interstate and Atlanta Highway and that construction on the new dealership could begin before next spring.
