Gainesville Kiwanians serve up pancakes at annual breakfast

GAINESVILLE - The Kiwanis Club of Gainesville estimated that members served up as many as 2,000 plates of pancakes at their annual fundraising breakfast Saturday morning.

Held at the Gainesville Civic Center on Green Street, the annual event raises money for various Kiwanis projects that benefit children and youth in the Gainesville/Hall County community.

The 2012 event was the 51st pancake breakfast for the Gainesville Kiwanis Club.
