Five hurt in Habersham wreck

CORNELIA - Five people were taken to a hospital for treatment following a wreck at the onramp from U.S. Highway 441 Bypass onto Georgia Highway 365 in Cornelia Sunday afternoon.

Few details are available about the wreck, which reportedly occurred when a vehicle attempted to merge onto 365 from the Bypass.

Traffic in the area was snarled while emergency personnel tended to the injured and investigated the crash.
