Wreck closes Friendship Road

FLOWERY BRANCH - A section of Friendship Road in South Hall has been closed this morning because of a wreck.

The crash is at the rock quarry and involved a cement truck and a car, and there are injuries.

All lanes of Friendship Road are shut down at the accident scene and three helicopter ambulances were requested. The intersection of Hog Mountain Road and Friendship is also closed as sheriff's deputies and the state patrol re-route traffic.
