GAINESVILLE -- The Lakeview Academy volleyball team fell to Jefferson but defeated Prince Avenue Christian on Thursday night in Gainesville.
The Lady Lions (7-3, 0-1 in sub-area) lost 25-16, 25-14 to Jefferson but bounced back against Prince Avenue 25-14, 25-19.
Jamie Nixon had 15 kills on the night, while Molly Gay added 10 assists.
Meanwhile, Mona Abraham, Katie White and Shelby Ross each had two assists in the win over Prince Avenue. Bailey Towles also had seven assists in the win, while Megan McIntyre added six assists. Lauren Lewallen also had three kills.
Lakeview will travel to face George Walton Academy and North Oconee on Tuesday.
