Softball: Lumpkin whips West Hall

DAHLONEGA -- Lumpkin County improved to 2-0 in Region 8-AAA with a 10-2 win over West Hall Thursday in in girls softball action.

Ashley Brown earned thw win striking out five in five innings.

Lumpkin County (5-3, 2-0 Region 8-AAA) will play host to Lanier on Tuesday in Region 8-AAA action.
