GAINEVILLE - Joe Ethier, who has led the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hall County fore more than three years, has been named Regional Service Director for Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Ethier assumes his new job on June 28. He will be serving the state of Mississippi in his new role, providing organizational development technical assistance to member Boys & Girls Club organizations and promotion of new club sites for the Atlanta based national organization.
Board Chair Michele Piucci said, "This opportunity is bitter sweet. We hate to see Joe leave us but this is a strategic career step for him and an excellent statement of our organizations strength as a youth development organization and affiliate of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the national youth serving organization."
