Gainesville man faces drug, weapons charges

GAINESVILLE - A Gainesville man faces multiple charges following his arrest Tuesday at a location on Pearl Nix Parkway.

Agents with the Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad said that Jauvis Monley Singleton, 26, was arrested during the course of a drug investigation. He was found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine with the intent to distribute as well as a .38 caliber revolver, accoding to authorities.

Additionally, Singleton was driving a car without a valid license and gave agents a false name.
