Baseball: North Hall routs Stephens

TOCCOA -- North Hall kept pace in Region 8-AAA with a 15-0, four inning rout of Stephens County Friday.

The Trojans (16-4, 15-3 in region) got a complete-game effort from Jarred Oliver.

The offense banged out 14 hits, paced by three hits from Hamilton Harper. Mason Savage, Griffin Olson, and Jesse Strickland each had two hits for the Trojans. Harper and Olson each had three RBI and Savage and Strickland had two RBI apiece.

Whit Bowen, Chris Stevens, Savage, and Eli Gilmer all had doubles for North Hall.

The Trojans opened the game with a five-run first inning and scored three in the second, one in the third, and put the game away with six in the fourth.
