CB&T To Consolidate Main Office With Habersham Bank In Cleveland

(Cornelia)- Community Bank and Trust officials  have announced they will close their  north main street office in Cleveland and merge it  with the Habersham Bank on south Main Street.  With the recent purchase of Habersham Bank by South Carolina Bank and Trust, the parent company of Community Bank the decision was made to consolidate the two offices. 

Bill Loyd  Senior Vice- President with Community Bank and Trust  says  since the two offices are so close together the move just makes sense.   The  office consolidation will take affect at the close of business on Friday June 10th.   Loyd said CB&T customers will still have the option of banking at the Ingles branch office in Cleveland.
