Southeastern University (Fla.) defeated the Truett-McConnell College men's basketball team 71-53 on Monday in the south region of the National Christian College Athletic Association tournament.
TMC's season came to and end with the loss.
The Bears were hampered in the game by the loss of its top two offensive standouts in Roderick Bombard and Dedric Ware, who both left the game with ankle injuries.
Bombard still led the Bears in scoring with 13 points and two steals. Tulio Yamasita also added 11 points.
Ware and Bombard were both named to the 2010-2011 All-South region team.
