CLEVELAND - Because the forecast for Wednesday is snow mixed with rain, Caring Hands Ministries is postponing its Winter Clothes, Coat & Blanket Give Away originally scheduled for that day.
The White County-based agency will announce the new date as soon as it can get a better handle on what the weather will be like next week.
Officials say they are hoping to do it next Wednesday and they say they are still in need of an "gently used hand-me-down warm clothes for kids and grownups." They also need volunteers to help set up the day before the distribution and to help out on the day of the giveaway, itself.
