LAWRENCEVILLE - Dozens of frustrated commuters packed a Thursday night town hall meeting in Gwinnett County on the new I-85 HOT Lanes.
The meeting, unlike one a few weeks ago in Buford, was not not attended by anyone from the State Road and Tollway Authority.
Howard Rogers organized the meeting, and calls the HOT lanes a double tax on Gwinnett County commuters. Georgia News Network reports several lawmakers attended the meeting and called for more oversight of the new toll lane system.
