GAINESVILLE - For the second time in less than three weeks, Hall County vice agents have made an arrest using a prostitution sting in which drugs were to be exchanged for sex.
Lt. Scott Ware said Monday 34-year-old Kevin Deslinger of Cumming was arrested Friday on Jesse Jewell Parkway following a series of text messages during which he thought he was setting up a rendezvous with a prostitute.
"During the course of the text exchanges, Mr. Denslinger negotiated to trade Hydrocodone and Adderall for sex with a prostitute," Lt. Ware said
In fact, it was an undercover officer he was communicating with.
Ware said Denslinger was booked in at the Hall County Jail, charged with Possession of Hydrocodone with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Adderall with the Intent to Distribute, Drugs out of the Original Container, and Pandering.
The earlier "drugs-for-sex" arrest was made on October 20.
