AJC: Search warrants reveal details of raids on militia men's homes

By Ken Stanford Contributing Editor
ATLANTA - Published reports say authorities found a stockpile of weapons, ingredients for a deadly toxin and explosive materials at the homes of two of north Georgia men charged with planning domestic terrorist attacks.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution says it has reviewed the warrants served on Samuel J. Crump and Ray Adams, both of Toccoa, but search warrants served on the other two, Dan Robers, also of Toccoa, and Frederick Thomas of Cleveland, were not made available.

All four have been indicted by a federal grand jury and still have a bond hearing scheduled in Gainesville federal court next Wednesday.

The paper also reports that Gaiensville attorney Dan Summer has been appointed to represent Crump.
