GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Florida says tight end Gerald Christian and receiver Robert Clark intend to transfer.
Coach Will Muschamp announced their decisions to leave Tuesday. Christian and Clark, both sophomores, are the latest in a growing list of players to leave Florida since Muschamp took over in January.
Nine players have left since Muschamp's arrival. The others are cornerback Janoris Jenkins, running back Mike Blakely, receivers Chris Dunkley and Javares McRoy and linebackers Chris Martin, Mike McFarland and Dee Finley. Florida now has just 72 players on scholarship.
Christian and Clark both say they are leaving on good terms.
Christian had four receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown this season. Clark has played mostly on special teams this season. He caught seven passes for 69 yards and a touchdown last year.
